ISPE is hosting a student project competition. Students will work in teams to craft a proposal for a research project that they will work on over the 2021-2022 academic year. The project will be related to the pharmaceutical industry and address one of the themes we have selected for this year's competition. Sign Up HERE. Prizes: The top 3 teams will be selected as ISPE's official project teams for the upcoming year. There will be grant prizes for these teams and limited additional funding for implementation during the year. Eligibility: There are no major restrictions for participation, we encourage students to form interdisciplinary teams of all majors and backgrounds. You are able to sign up as an individual, and we can then place you into a team with others who signed up as individuals as well. Additionally, students must not graduate before Spring 2022. We will offer support to projects ranging from bioinformatics to engineering to public health and more. The only restrictions on the scope of the project is the resources you have access to. We will not be able to provide access to any wet lab space unless you have received approval from a PI on your behalf. Themes: Sustainability or increasing access to medical resources for marginalized communities.
